Zephyr Industries started in 2024 with a simple observation: 3D printers had revolutionized manufacturing, yet aerial platforms were still built the old way. We began developing aircraft specifically for additive manufacturing—designs that leverage what printers do best while respecting the fundamentals of flight.

What We Build

We create original aircraft—every single one designed from scratch. The Cetara applies tubercle technology from marine biology research. The F-87 Astral Thunder imagines an alternate history following the F-86 Sabre. The Ventus embraces futuristic delta design with thrust vectoring. The Velora Pro brings distinctive elegance to flying wings.

Behind each model lies extensive research. Airfoils get selected after comparing dozens of options. Every curve might be redrawn a hundred times until it flows just right. We balance aerodynamics with aesthetics, practicality with performance. That top-mounted EDF isn't just for durability—it's part of a design philosophy where form and function intertwine.
